Sigh.

I just wish that I could commit to Weight Watchers. But it just isn't happening.

Maybe because I've finally hit dieting rock bottom and am ready to take the plunge into Intuitive Eating?

I've tried several times in the past, and I've always let diet mentality creep back in before ever truly becoming an intuitive eater.

I still am too scared to really try it at this weight.

I think that I will wait until I'm down to 160 pounds, and only 6 pounds overweight. Then I will give Intuitive Eating another go.

For now, I will either stick with Weight Watchers or calorie counting and try to lose about a pound a week.
184.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 49.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know how it feels. I have restarted a 100 times and keep on going. It's so hard. But you CAN do it. Make up your mind right now to stick with WW. It's a good plan you can stay on the rest of your life. You can eat a healthy balanced diet. I'll do it too. I just want to get to goal weight and stay there. If I can do it, so can you!!!!!
