Need to up calorie intake..but not hungry
Thanks for the tips gnat! I'll definitely start trying to eat some more after my work outs! If I attempt it, maybe I could get up somewhat earlier just to eat something quick and go back to bed, perhaps that would help. For some reason though, I wake up every morning completely bloated with stomach cramps.. I think I am going to ask the doctor about food intolerance, that's half the reason I don't even want food when i do wake up.

I'm also not a morning eater myself (although breakfast food I love, just not early haha.) but I also have a schedule that permits me to eat fairly late and that helps the five meals start around noon and end around 8. My husband gets home from work at 10pm then we go to the gym, then stay up a few more hours. Otherwise, for those on a normal schedule obviously should begin and end the regimen earlier. If I had kids I don't think I could find the time for the many close together meals!

Thanks Brittnett, soy ice cream and granola sound like yummy treats to me so those being healthy are perfect! and no problem Mayple, it's definitely helped my hunger pangs.. I don't know what hungry is since starting to eat small meals often.

I wished for that problem before this diet lol! I was used to eating either a junkfood late lunch and a really big late dinner or just one huge meal a day with no portion control at all. Now I am not used to early daytime eating and by my last of the small meals I think ughhh time to eat again already? With the 5 small meals eating one every two hours, even if it isn't much food it feels like all I do is eat all day, lol maybe it's the mental thing that makes me not hungry.

Good idea, I should've thought about that sooner too, it was my go to snack when I tried Atkins. Thanks!
