Okay I messed up a little last night, I ate too much at dinner time. But I'm not going to worry about it, I'm going to just keep moving forward. I did really good last night at the dessert social and didn't have a crumb so I think I did pretty good for being highly tempted. I had all the ladies at the table describe the different flavors so I would know exactly what I was not putting into my body. It was actually rather gratifying. I think the reason why I ate too much is because I didn't eat dinner at the right time like I normally do, so I was really hungry.
Today is another day, just keep on moving forward.

I am loving this weight falling off of me. Week 1 and I have lost about 9.5 pounds. This website has been an inspiration to keep me on track, and I have no desire to want the junk I used to eat.

I'm feeling pretty confident this week about my dieting and exercising. I'm very proud of myself for seeking the ambition and the determination to make this a successful weightloss. I have lost almost 8 pounds and have stuck to a 1500 calorie diet along with absolutely no junkfood and tons of water.
