Went bowling lastnight. We were right infront of the food place and people were eating pizza and wings on both sides of our lane. Smelled heavenly (I love pizza and chicken!) But we all stayed on plan. It didn't make me hungry or really WANT it, It just was the smell.

Assistant manager's birthday was on Sunday, so today they sent ME to get a cake at Publix for him. I didn't object because I was pretty much the only one that could go and would get it right. It didn't cause any cravings exactly.. but the bakery never smelled so good! I was strong and didn't cheat, even though it was offered to me three times, and eaten right infront of me. What made me feel good was that I didn't even WANT it. ^_^

Had a little too much sugar lastnight for dinner. Salad from Park Ave BBQ had carrot and the chicken had a hint of BBQ. Was also served lite ranch. Its still a loss though, and dinner was really good!

Had a little hangup, but we figured out that it was probably too much salt... we were right! Also went to the gym too, sweat it out!!
