Had a little too much sugar lastnight for dinner. Salad from Park Ave BBQ had carrot and the chicken had a hint of BBQ. Was also served lite ranch. Its still a loss though, and dinner was really good!
241.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week
