There was a young boy named Michael from St. Louis, Missouri. Born in 1991 he only grew to about 5 foot 9. His weight was always a problem for him as was his lack of confidence. In 2011 he peaked at 190 lbs. His eating habits were terrible and he didn't like the way he felt, so it was time for a change. He began vigorously exercising. Cycling, running and isometrics were all part of his routine, as were BIG FATTY meals. It didn't take long for him to figure out that the exercise alone wasn't going make him look the way he wanted. That being said, he tried many diets; Low-carb, Slow-Carb, Gluten-free, vegetarian, pescatarian, and even vegan. Each one had its own ups and downs, but overall his weight decreased. Currently he's 160lbs, healthy and happy thanks to a plant-based, whole food diet.
