Notes: Woohoo! Thankfully, the days are getting longer and the ground was dryer today. Managed to get in a second long evening walk locally with P at dusk.

Kept to local sidewalks and playgrounds today. Thankful for the sunny temps, as I did not have to give Pippa a major bath, considering she had a significant washing down yesterday. Win, win. :)

Went to seaside park for a long sniff-and-explore walk. My Spaniel enjoys clambering on the rocks to get close to the waves and dunking. It was a wonderful, soggy, sandy outing. ;-)

Pippa seemed more weak today, so we took it slow and kept it local: the coffee shop, the track, the tennis courts, the park and home again. She did not cough at any time and enjoyed herself immensely.

Distance yesterday: 4.1km
Notes: Yesterday was a difficult day. The vet determined that my Spaniel has kennel cough. Although she is vaxxed, likely she picked it up at her daycare. Perhaps her immunity is weaker after having had “pancreantitis” over Christmas. She is on antibiotics and cough suppressant, and has to quarantine 14 days. Our walks need to be slow and easy. Poor baby!
