Pie chart looks good 49%-C 23%-F 28%-P (only 20 calorie over)

Lunch @ 1:45pm (Snack in between)
No elliptical today...trying to get as much walking in as possible
Dinner @ 6pm-was a potluck so I tried hard to watch my portions
Over on calories by 219, however pie charts is right on!!

My pie chart shows 30%=Carbs 42%=fat 28%=protein - need to work on the fat
Started back on the elliptical today for the 1st time in awhile-did 20 mins.

We just got back from vacation (Nashville,TN) last night. I didn't keep updates on Fat Secret but I tried to mentally keep tabs on my food intake. It was very, very hot/humid (almost 100 everyday). Very hard to do any exercising. I did take a bike ride everyday for as long as I could handle the humidity.
Now its back to business with logging foods & trying to exercise as much as possible. Still very hot/humid in MI too.
Also, made a deal with my husband. We are going make sure neither one of us eat anything past our dinner time. If we become hungry in the evening after dinner we will either concentrate on drinking water or simply go to bed (to get our minds off of eating). Starts tonight!!!

Over calories=had a graduation party and olive garden catered. My will power was not very good. No on to blame but myself.
