Well I got the walk & cycle done but was way to exhausted to weight train will just have to keep at it.

As I'm not getting the results I wanted I have stepped up my exercise regime.
Today completed 45 mins of a brisk walk well it was really a run (thanks to my personal trainer puppy) who keeps the pace quite quick.
I completed my usual 1 hour of pilates and 1 hour of zumba.
I am hoping the walk/run will give me the edge I need to lose some more weight.
Tomorrow is walk, cycle, weight train.
Never going to give up on this very determined
