WHY!!!???
Does my stupid ticker on here still say I am 194?? My current weight is 186, but it isn't showing that loss. I tried refreshing the page, didn't work.

Eating out where to go what to have?
I have found lots of options, but what I think is most important is pre-planning what you are going to get, schedule the rest of your meals to accomodate those calories. I also decide with an online menu and online tools like FS which meal I am going to order. I get the dips/sauces on the side, and then I try not to eat the entire meal, and instead take some home for the next day.

Carbs?
I just need some ideas. I am trying to add more fresh fruit and veggies into my diet, but the more I add, the higher my carbs go! Most days I am at or above 50% for carb intake, without even having that much bread or pasta. I am just frustrated that things that are "good" for me have such high carb levels. How do I balance the good carb intake with not letting them be 50% of my diet?
