I changed my goal weight this morning to 135lbs. I am extremely happy about my size (now a size 6) and I have hit a weight-loss plateau. I don't want to do anything extreme to change that. However, I am still making right choices in eating and exercise has become a part of my lifestyle. My goal now is not to gain weight. Good luck to all of you with your weight loss journal.

Well I have been stuck at 135 for awhile. I have been doing the Insanity workout for 5 weeks and my body have really toned, but no weight loss. I fit in size 6 really well, so I am happy where I am. I don't really want to lose any more weight. I don't think the 5lbs will make a difference, so I am not going to worry about. I am in the best shape of my life. I am alot stronger and healthier.

Working out, so think weight gain is from building muscle. Waist is now down to 28 inches.
