Hi. My name is Belinda. My night job is a Registered Nurse and my day job is an artist and a writer. I smoke and am fat...after all, I work one of the most stressful jobs in the nation as a Trauma Nurse, 13 hours a night and believe me when I say, "It is no piece of cake."
Important things to me are first and foremost: B A L A N C E, followed by my red headed daughter who keeps me in line, and recently realizing that I am in control of my life and I am going to do something about that. I am going to change the negatives, feed myself good food and knowledge, and make my world a world I want to live in.
For 53 years, and especially the last 21, since I became a nurse somehow I lost myself. I used to be the pitcher of my softball team, the fullback of my soccer team, I boxed, carried full size canoes over my head and I was strong!
"Time waits for no one." Now I could sit around and become shaped like the chair I sit in or I can get up...realizing I only get this ONE life. Today is the first day of the rest of my life, there are no yesterdays, only what I learned from them.

We are the master's of our own destiny. I hope to learn from you and you from me. This is the best Christmas present I could have ever given to me and my daughter...our health and our lives back! Some things I learned is the more active you are, the more hungry you feel. Eat every two hours, one bite no matter what. Chew gum to keep the face muscles from sagging with weight loss. I don't want to look like a "hot chick" from the back and turn around to look like an old witch! B A L A N C E.

Earth, Sky and I


Still have a cold so I am taking advantage of not really being able to taste or smell. I took a 50.7 ounce Smart Water (vapor distilled water with electrolytes) and added about a fourth cup of Chlorophyll and about 5 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to purify and clean my system.

When my father was 72 years old his arteries were clogged. He couldn't even walk to the mailbox without getting winded. He refused any intervention, like bypass. He made a concoction of vinegar, wild leeks and garlic that he put in a bottle and drank everyday when he got up.

At 75 years old, he was chopping a cord of wood, with an axe by hand! He is 86 years old right now...never had a heart attack. So with that being said, it is a difficult thing to handle, this vinegar and Chlorophyll but I have seen a few things in my day that didn't take a bunch of high priced pharmaceuticals to heal.
Food for thought...literally.
