Been on vacation and stay-cation since March 18th, now back to work and hopefully back in routine...I am dreading weigh in on Friday as this weekend was horrible eating and my body let me know....heartburn, lethargic, tummy trouble and mental fatigue....back on yogurt, nuts and chicken...need to drink more water to help with the cleansing....back to walking...

Question??? When you review your weight history what does the colors signify??? Someone had posted they were green for so many weeks in a row... I might want to be green and don't know how to do it?? LOL!!
