Still hanging in there and doing good with eating good for me foods and good for me portions. Made it again last night without night snacking. Feet are really bothering me these last couple days, SOS other than general house work, up and down stairs, walking my dogs, and walking at work, I haven't done much exercising. Hope this doctor I went to on Tuesday can come up with something. I know that exercise is a key part o weightless and getting back to healthy.

Yesterday was a hard day for me. Had a Doctors appointment for my feet then went to see my sister, whom is very ill. Stage 4 lung cancer. Her last scans indicated new cancers in lining of heart. Other rumors had not shrunk as much as hoped with 1 st round of chemo so she will probably need to start new type of chemo. I spent the day with her and we baked oatmeal raisin cookies together. That part was good. Kind of reminded me of the old days when we would help our mom together. Unfortunately, I have a very weak spot for "THE BEST OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES IN THE WORLD". It would have been ok to just eat 1 or 2, but over the corse of the day, I ate about 8. I just couldn't resist!
I didn't bring anymore home with me though even though she tempted me with them. That was good. Anyway, needless to say, yesterday ai ptty much blew it for eating.
I still am keeping on top of my overnight snacking. Although I wake up and "obsess" about getting up and having a snack, I am still hanging tough on that. Tat makes me proud of me ! That part
Has been pretty challenging for me to stick with. I also walked away from fresh donuts that someone brought to work. I didn' t have any. Was tempted to have "just 1" chocolate Doonut hole but decided easier to walk away all together than get a little taste of how good they were. Probably wouldn't have been able to stop at one. Well, it's time to head back to work.
