I am just plateauing for such a loooooonnnnnnnggggg time.
How do you guys deal with a non- budge for weeeks despite keeping the calorie count down..?
Does anyone go in for some carb loading to jump start the metabolism fire again.
Its very, very frustrating to have the sacrifice and no real reward just yo-yo about the same few numbers endlesssly.
What's your coping mechanism to stay on track, and keep the good behaviours up?
