Hello FS Friends...
I had a question for those of you practicing a low carb/ Keto type nutrition program. How many grams of protein, do you typically have daily, and to give me an idea of proportions. How many calories intake do you target daily too?
I struggle a little to reconfigure my macros so having a little advice would help.

This one is news to me, "Net carbs" may not be net carbs.. How can the food industry be allowed to mislead us like this?
Don’t be fooled by the label “net carbs” on processed products, like chocolate bars. I guess, it all boils down to sticking to the whole foods, I remember when I educated myself about soy and how it is exploited in the convenience sector, even despite how dangerous and unhealthy a substance it is. Nevermind the other poisons in American food, thankfully in Europe we do have more control on these types of chemicals in food.
I would guess, the above article is American originated, but cannot see the source typical.
