Well group... I have again let it go more than a month since my last update. It has been a strange and busy month. First I will start by saying I miscarried at Christmas. I am OK though. It never really felt real to me and although it was sad when it happened, hubby and I have moved past it. We plan to actually start trying in the summer and hopefully have a brand new baby early next year. It wasn't the best timing anyways. I will be continuing to travel for work, at least once a month for the foreseeable future. Next week I am headed to Walt Disney World, which is the host for my companies next Table Top Show. I am excited to go. I have so many great memories from my Florida trip last summer and although I will actually be working instead of a training/development class and it will be all different people, I am pretty excited. I just wish I could have brought the hubby and little one with me. She has never even been to Disney Land and we're only about 6 hours from there. Now I have to get my a** back on track.... I have gained back almost all the weight I lost and I will NOT allow myself to end up in the same boat I did last baby. I want to be healthy and as comfortable as I can be... not fat and miserable. Since I have been working so much lately I am really hoping I can get myself out of bed tomorrow morning and start working out before work.

Well I am surprisingly down a few pounds today. It could be a few things: I have had little interest in eating lately. Not sick or feeling bad but the hunger feeling comes and goes so quickly that I forget to eat, or nothing sounds good, etc. The fact that I am already peeing like every 30 minutes so excess water weight is non-existant. I lost about 7 pounds in the beginning with my daughter but I was sick all the time with her. Or maybe, just maybe, abstaining from alcohol the last few weekends and eating a LOT of sushi has caused me to drop a few pounds. Either way, I am happy about it. My biggest fear is going into the hospital to deliver and being weighed at 220, like last time. Eating hasn't been too bad in the last few days just a lot of strange cravings. Yesterday was grilled cheese and tomato soup. We are preparing to tell the hubby's family this weekend. I am pretty excited. Now off to think about what I will be having for lunch today.
