SOOOOO I'm not doing well. I'm just a few weeks away from trying to conceive again and I'm VERY obeses. I have got to get it in my head to change my life otherwise I'm just going to keep being unhappy and going no where. I have to lose this weight. It is ruining my life.

I don't understand. I've entered my Food and my Exercise for the day. I'm burning twice the amount of calories I'm eating, but I'm not losing any weight. In addition, I'm still breastfeeding my baby, so I'm also expending some calories there. (Although not many since she eats a lot of formula and some baby foods too). How many calories do I need to burn in order to start losing fat/weight?
