I don't understand. I've entered my Food and my Exercise for the day. I'm burning twice the amount of calories I'm eating, but I'm not losing any weight. In addition, I'm still breastfeeding my baby, so I'm also expending some calories there. (Although not many since she eats a lot of formula and some baby foods too). How many calories do I need to burn in order to start losing fat/weight?

I would recommend trying to get some aerobic exercize in. Not necessarily strenous, but maybe brisk walking. Maybe your body is on a plateau and needs to be shaken up a bit. Try getting your heart rate up a little bit more. I know it's discouraging, but keep at it, you will succeed. Best of luck to you.
