Well, since I have been doing terrible at sticking to my diet, I have decided to change my goals. Ideally, I would like to get down to 140lbs and obviously this is a BIG challenge. So Ive decided to change my goals to smaller, more realistic goals. So instead of it saying my goal weight 140lbs, Ive changed it to 210lbs, then when I reach that goal, change it again etc etc. Hopefully, once Ive met my 'mini targets' that will keep me motivated to keep changing my GW until I hit 140!!

look my best! Maybe not the best idea to start my diet a week before Christmas, but hey ho.
