Done so bad this weekend with me being unwell. On Friday I hardly ate anything, then by Saturday night I was eating anything & everything, so been trying my hardest to stick to plan today. For dinner I had some boiled potatoes, brocolli, carrots, a spoonful of gravy & 1/4 of a huge yorkie, then a Shape 0% fat yoghurt, banana and a can of irn bru. I was meant to have 2 sausages with dinner but they were disgusting :(

Happy about sticking to plan today. Never had time for lunch today as I had a funeral to go to and was working this morning. Hoping tomorrow I can stick to plan just aswell as today. I must admit im excited to stand on the scales on Saturday morning, trying my hardest not to go jump on them now!!!

Just finished my food diary for today. Should of said no to the bacon sandwich!!! Silly me!! I will just have to make sure I am extra good tomorrow and get on this bloody rowing machine before it starts gathering dust!!

Day 2
Sticking to plan quite well, apart from the odd packet of Doritos!! Made a stir fry last night from SW website, must admit I was completely disgusted. It wasnt the recipe, or my doing that it was horrid. I stupidly bought a stir fry veg mix, I knew as soon as I opened it, it was going to be disgusting and it was :( :( but for tonight I have made SW beef and red wine casserole, looks and smells amazing. On the website it says it serves 4 and is only 1 syn, but I dont know if that means 1 syn for the whole lot or 1 syn per portion?! Anyway, roll on dinner time cause I cant wait to tuck in!!!
