being sick and stressed has taken its toll on my exercise and I stopped putting in what I was eatibgt but still lost 2 pounds!

I have been recording what I eat and watching my calories and I am VERY SHOCKED! It's much easier than I thought (when you're busy lol) to keep under my calories and because Fat Secret is so awesome, I can see how many calories I'm burning just for LIVING! lol It's making it easy and a lot less stressful! I'm very happy! I haven't gotten to walk this week or go to the gym, but working is keeping me up off the couch! Tomorrow I'm definitely going for a walk! ***FEELING GREAT***

STRESS CITY these last couple of weeks, so I slacked on my diet and exercise, but still watching what my portions and got a walk in if I could. Today, I started (well.. was supposed to anyway) my fat in take and I'm going to be more aware of my calories I'm eating. According to the USDA, I should be eating about 1829 calories. After putting in what I remember eating... 1700! WOOWHOO! I'm going to do it this time.. for real.. for life!

After losing sight of everything i was working toward, I have gained MORE weight than I had originally weighed in at. Depressed and disgusted with myself, I set out to regain my goal and dream of 140ibs. This time, I have a friend that is walking along side of me, cheering me on, pushing me as I do for her. Today starts week 4 for us. Last week was a bad week, because I was very busy! But I'm not giving up!
