Hello, I am 56 yrs old and i need to loose weight. I am working at the moment, but not sure how long that will last. i have lymphedema in my right leg along with HBP, Fibromyalgia, and good old arthritis. I had a knee replacement in 10-13 on the leg that has the lymphedema and i need to have the other knee done soon. I used to be a very active person, but can't do what i used to do. if i was to loose 100 pounds I know i would feel much better.
