Instead of breakfast I slept in & went to the Chili Cookoff. It was easy to keep track of how much because they served 1 oz scoops and I used up all of the tickets I bought, but who knows what was in it -- my fave included mushrooms, of all things.

Add 360 cal to today's lunch because I had the Soba Chicken Salad again. Almost done with it!

I have to add 360 cal to today's lunch because I had soba chicken salad. I figured out the per serving calories from the ingredients but then I threw the list away because it's just okay tasting, so I can't enter the recipe in FatSecret.

I lost 4.8 pounds- but I misunderstood and ate fewer calories than supposed to! But hey I'll take it! but this week I'm going to try to add protein (and more water) and see how it goes. I'm also going to try to step up the exercise. I need a new bike helmet. Then I need to figure out how far some of the walks around campus are. I'm sure somebody in athletics knows!
