I have been using MyFitnessPal, keeping my calories down around 1,429 a day, and weight lifting at the gym 3-4x a week.

I am at my highest and not happy so I completely cut out soda 24 days ago. Unfortunately it has not helped 1lb :(

I have been very good about the exercise, especially on vacation but very bad about eating fatty snacks and too much of my regular meals. I need to get back to eating at a regular time with better choice of snacks (veggies, low cal crackers, etc)
