I have been very good about the exercise, especially on vacation but very bad about eating fatty snacks and too much of my regular meals. I need to get back to eating at a regular time with better choice of snacks (veggies, low cal crackers, etc)
197.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
