43yr old single male with 15 yr old son. Had a bad time over the past 8 yrs and failed miserably in losing weight, but succeeded in gaining weight!! bad diet and alcohol.
Joined here recently, I manage to lose weight but then get bored or work stress and workload takes over and I put the weight back on.
Can't do it alone, I've just realsied it!!
I've lost weight over the Summer holidays which has invigorated me to believe in the process and continue to lose weight.
Looking to get myself back ontrack, starting with my weight, then fitness levels and then move onto being me again.
