I fell of the diet train! But today is a bran new day! Hopefully I stay motivated and keep my goals in mind!
I don't know how but I actually gain weight over night. Like 4 lbs according to the scale... I only fell off a little and ate 5 slices of my all time favorite Popeye pizza. I didn't eat them all at once. 3 at the restaurant and 2 the next day. So I am paying for it now.

Holy Crap...we went to Chili's for dinner tonight. I decided to splurge and have the Jalapeno smokehouse burger 1660 calories alone! Thank goodness I couldn't eat the fries. But I did eat the deep fried jalapeno onions and the chips with salsa and cheese dip.
I am going to feel so bad tomorrow when I know I had to gain at least a pound. Hopefully I get some workouts in this week! So tomorrow I am going to eat like a rabbit! Hopefully I will be able to reverse some of the damage.

I keep fluctuating, I don't know what the flip is going wrong here. I think things are going good an bam nothing has actually happened. I so want some ice cream it is just not fair! No I really really want a klondike bar...those things are like awesome. But until I break 180 and stay below it I will not have the reward I so desire...
