As of Aug 13 began cutting carbohydrates with one moderate cheat day weekly. I need to lose weight quickly and hope to maintain after weight loss carbohydrates to between 40-50 grams daily. Walking a yoga once a week.

now I am trying to water fast one day a week or have 1 meal a day cutting fats and food on my own no diet. walking everyday doing some weight resistance exercise and eliptical 10 mins when I can or feel like it.
