now I am trying to water fast one day a week or have 1 meal a day cutting fats and food on my own no diet. walking everyday doing some weight resistance exercise and eliptical 10 mins when I can or feel like it.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
