Yes it has been a really long time since my last weigh-in. But, there is a good reason. I found out in March that we would be having baby #2. This was a COMPLETE SURPRISE!!!
My sweet baby, Abby is 4 1/2 years old now, and she was our fertility miracle! This one is a result of the Snowstorm in February 2010 and a bottle of wine. LOL. God does have a sense of humor.
My loving husband and I have finally let go of the idea of having any more children on our own, and couldn't afford fertility a second time around. So, we put everything into God's hands late last year. We were even getting ready to have a huge yard sale this summer to get some baby stuff out of the house to utilize more storage space. Ha Ha Ha. Nope, not going to happen. But, good thing we didn't sell anything, because we are having another girl. She is due on November 3, 2010. And that's our 9th wedding anniversary. I told you God has a sense of humor.
The first trimester was pretty rough and scary. My hormones were a mess and had to be regulated and monitored constantly. But, by the second trimester, everything took over naturally. Thank God.
I have been pretty good with this pregnancy. Just because I can eat for two, doesn't mean I always have to. I was 34 weeks yesterday and holding steady at 174 pounds. I was 165 pounds before I got pregnant with Abby, and went up to 230 pounds right before she was born. YIKES. So I think this is a pretty good accomplishment for me this time. I am trying to exercise, but am very limited to what I can do at this time. So I'm looking forward to getting back into a physical routine after the holidays.

Does anybody have any suggestions on what to eat that is low in points, but will keep me from always being HUNGRY? All I think about all day is; when do I get to eat again? Thanks! This getting back "on the wagon" is tougher than I thought it was going to be!
