Does anybody have any suggestions on what to eat that is low in points, but will keep me from always being HUNGRY? All I think about all day is; when do I get to eat again? Thanks! This getting back "on the wagon" is tougher than I thought it was going to be!

I use the spray butter to fool myself into thinking it's as good as the movie theater popcorn. lol Just kidding, the spray butter does give it some flavor with no calories. Also try a little garlic or seasoning salt for a change.

Also when I'm craving something salty, dill pickles do the trick. It takes more calories to eat them than are in them.
