Legs felt much better today, so I completed CG glute workout, followed by 6000 steps on the walking mat. Loving my AmazFit Band 7 for keeping track of time, cals, steps, Vo2max, etc.

Odd night last night... did not feel well, laid down, took half-hour nap. Still didn't feel well, sat next to the fireplace while watching Super Bowl and fell asleep again for another half-hour. Felt very off and wondered what prompted it. Creatine and dehydration? Drank more water... a little better. Grabbed a bowl of soup and put a ton of extra turkey (protein) in it and felt a lot better. Assuming the slight weight gain is from creatine, or maybe too much salt/dehydration. Not worried about weight as much as body comp and clothing fit. Glad yesterday is over.

Meticulously watching macros again, water consumption has to be better while taking creatine, more walking, lowering calories but keeping protein high.

Back from 10-day vacation in Fort Lauderdale, yesterday. Weighed in yesterday at 153.8 ... had one last hurrah of 2 donuts at Sunny's yesterday and called vacation to a halt. Didn't really eat terrible foods on vacation...did have more than a few nights of dessert, and was sick for five days, but didn't eat a lot of junk. Had steak, chicken dish 2x, brisket, cuban, etc. Did have a few carb-heavy sides. Overall, for vacation, did ok eating and thoroughly enjoyed myself.

Ate lighter yesterday having less than 1100 calories, but kept protein high. Today, I weighed in 1.6 lbs lighter. Started taking creatine yesterday, too. Started "Iron" over again... leg day (forgot to stretch after and today I'm paying for it). I think I may try going a few more days with the lower calories, keep protein high. If workouts don't suffer, I continue to see muscle definition, the weight ticks down and the bloating goes away, I'll try to keep calories more around a Fast800 methodology (but more like 1000+/- for me).

I also took a bunch of pictures after several reminders on FB pages (Caroline Girvan, Macros, etc.) Not pretty. A big dose of reality. Also, first day back from vacation! But I look forward to the comparison a few months from now. I can never see a difference just standing in the mirror... I need the side-by-side visual.
