I have been watching portions more than anything. When I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes with my last child, the Dr. recommended that portion control helped more than cutting out the foods that I loved. I have also cut back on sweets. The drink mix helps with that as well :)
I have also started working out with my friend/neighbor. It's easier to keep it up when you have and friend to do it with you with the same goals in mind. The accountability factor of having a schedule with someone else is also a good insentive :)

Alright. Starting today, no more excuses! It's not baby weight after your babies are over a year old! Need to get in shape and start eating healthy again. I am sure this will also help with how depressed I have been feeling lately. Besides, I have a whole closet full of clothes just waiting for me to lose weight!
Not tomorrow, not next week, I start TODAY! Right this minute!
