Weekends continue to be my downfall with no control on portions or nutritional benefits. It is like a celebration of getting through the week, but then sabotaging my efforts on the last two days.Read every motivational and informative articles, books, etc., but have yet to come up with the solution to my inability to change my habits.

Once again, I present the primary problem that many people seeking weight loss, and physical fitness, encounter, and have little, or no control in overcoming.
A combined effort of Motivation and Commitment. Especially this time of year when many of us, make their resolutions for these changes, and within a short period the aforementioned efforts begin to fade, and eventually fall into a vortex of apathy.
I will continue to explore meditation and self-hypnosis for solutions to this personal dilemna and hopefully, if found, will share with others who encounter these issues of resistance.
