following: Low Calorie LCHF Diet
performance: gaining 0.6 lb a week

I started at 206lbs and lost about 56lbs in a year, but gained some back. I am now focusing on losing what I gained back, plus getting to my goal weight as soon as I reasonably can. My plan is to follow a low calorie LCHF diet and intermittent fast with a 20/4 window (I've had good results with intermittent fasting in the past.)

"Create a new diet"
I am trying to create a new diet. The Fatsecret FAQ is very unhelpful, as there is no "create my own diet" in the bottom left hand side of the website. I know it is possible to create your own diet, because I did it before a while back, but I can't for the life of my figure out how I did it.
