Feeling good - trying to stay motivated. This takes a lot of discipline and thinking ahead. Tying really hard to build new long-lasting health habits. Found ti a bit challenging at times this week to stay motivated. No really obvious quick wins - just a slow and steady progress... Trying to have faith that everything I'm doing is helping.

still to go: 19.4 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

Need to get better at keeping the journal. Feeling pretty good so far. Think i need to be adding breakfast and eating more of my calories in earlier in the day... Exercised 6 of the last 7 days which is great. Even got out in the snow last night. Thinking tho we need to start increasing our walking time... Keep telling myself - slow and steady!

working on building new and healthier habits... starting with drinking more water, walking 30 min per day and logging my food. feeling optimistic - let's see where this goes.
