Glad I was still able to drop a few points even with being sick. Only got out walking one day. This week we'll get back on track.

Got sick over the weekend and that sucked. Didn't get out to exercise either Sat or Sunday.. Not ready for another Monday. Need energy!

We have a fun weekend away in 5 weeks and I just realized that if I keep going on a reasonable rate I could be 10 lb lighter by then. That gives me motivation. This week was really good for exercise. We walked every night except for Tuesday and we rode both days this weekend. I'm still trying to tweak the nutrition balance in my diet. Weekdays are a lot easier cuz there is more structure to the day. Keep focusing on baby steps and making good choices as I go.
