Need to start again - - - have gained weight working at home, and eating homemade bread. Slowly but surely, the pounds come back on.

I've been off the system now for quite awhile, but want to get back to keeping a record of my eating habits. My weight continues to fluctuate by 5-10 pounds or so, but I feel good. I just don't want to GAIN weight (and have to buy a bigger size of clothes!!). So I know I need to keep track of things. I'd love it if I could get back into the 160's, so that'll be my goal.
