Additional Description/Notes:
Brown two slices of bacon, spoon off some fat. Saute onions and celery. Add 4 cups of chicken broth, 1 cup chopped cauliflower, chopped chiken, salt, pepper, 1/4 tsp thyme, 1/4 tsp sage. Boil till tender. Thicken. Add 1/2 cup heavy cream.
