Huevos Mimosa

Buenísimo huevos rellenos con atún y su propia yema.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Se hace el huevo duro, cuando este listo se quita la cascara con cuidado y se parte por la mitad (verticalmente).
  2. Con una cuchara de postre se extrae con sumo cuidado de no romper la clara, la yema del huevo.
  3. Se tritura la yema con dos cucharadas de mayonesa y atún al gusto. Se mezcla bien.
  4. Se divide la "masa" en dos y se pone encima de la clara del huevo, justo en el agujero que dejo la yema.
