Вкусные и очень легкие в приготовлении.

Directions

  1. Порезать филе маленькими кусочками.
  2. Смешать в блендере с яйцом и овсянкой.
  3. Добавить соль, перец.
  4. Обжарить на прогретой сковороде. Смазанной каплей масла. С двух сторон.
  5. И еще в духовке 15 мин.

Получились очень вкусные котлетки, спасибо за рецепт. Правда, масса вышла жидковатой, выкладывала ложкой, как оладьи.
