166 back from camping, sore throat today fri 6/26 had lots of cuties, some toast, chicken soup, yogurt, then late night snacking hit chips and cinnamon roll.. going to look into weight watchers since atkins is just an up an down right now.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
