Went to a birthday party Sunday and of course I had cake and ice cream. This started me on a spiral of bad eating, which I did Monday too. But then I read a story about a little boy who can eat only a few things in life and so I straightened up and followed the program! I think my little binge is over.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
