I have been working out and actually dropped a dress size. I gained 7 lbs, but I'm much more fit and compact- thanks to muscle. The number on the scale can be deceptive; I weigh more now and look better than when I was 10 pounds lighter. That's why it's so important not to get fixated on a number.
140.2 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.9 lb a week
