Sun is out again so dieting and exercise more fun. Have increased salad intake (rather dull without dressing) but am happily resisting the bread/spud/rice etc group. Finding with nothing to spread it on the bulk of the fat intake is eggs, cheese - not much in fillet steak or chicken unless you eat the skin. Bought some fish (cod and scallops) but can't get much enthusiasm up for it. If the conveyance would go through I could have more timne to exercise - seem to be living on the phone at the moment. Pain levels better now the pressure is high.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Why are you not eating dressing on your salad? There are lots of low-carb options and you can make your own at home. As for adding fat, you don't have to go out of your way to add it, just don't avoid it. I like to put spicy mayo on my hard boiled eggs, though, just add southwest seasonings and fresh garlic to a 1/2 cup of mayo. It keeps in the fridge for days. I also put it on my bunless burgers. Try bacon-wrapped scallops, they're delicious. Again, you don't have to force the fat, just don't go out of your way to avoid it.

Hidden Valley's Bacon Ranch dressing is 1 carb for 2 tablespoons. I put the dressing on the side find I need less dressing that way. Sometimes salsa or picante sauce works on salad.
