Thanks very much everybody. I greatly appreciate your support. I got to admit, at first I was skeptical about Intermittent Fasting. But clearly, when done right, fat does come off. I still eat the same amount as I would when I was 200, and I've maintained 188 for a good 3 weeks now. Nevertheless, stay focused everyone. Don't let any food nor anyone let you give in to your cravings. We can do this!

Good job with the IF. I do this too and it really helps me lose weight and maintain my blood sugar.
