Don't worry you will get there! First thing I would check is to see if you are using the atkins bars and shakes. They can stall/stop a lot of people from losing weight. I was using them but stalled too much with them. (Still have some for an emergency backup) Some people handle sugar alcohols better than others. I track everything I eat. I like it because I KNOW exactly have many carbs, calories, net calories, and fiber I eat. I also know from there if it was the sa (sugar alcohols) or something else that stalled me. I have a tendency to eat mostly the same things and this lets me notice if something is off. Good luck with atkins and remember you can do it!

Thanks for that Rose. I have been using the Atkins drinks in the morning. :) Just easy. But I have begun an intolerance to sugar alcohols and have been trying to get rid of them. This kind of validates the feeling I have had it was stalling weight loss. Atkins website (I wrote to them about the health conditiona and if they had any recommendations) recommended using this website to help track things. I do eat healthy, but they also suggested keeping 15 of the carb count in vegies/salads ... I am up to trying it the right way, so we'll see how it goes ...

Snady1, thanks for info on water consumption. I have a problem with that much water (after-effect of bypass surgery ...), it just seems like I'm drinking all day long because I don't/can't drink fast! But a great tip for getting it down, and I'll be trying that ...
