Woohoo! I followed the "perfect week for Women" from the Eat Right Every time guide and have been going to bootcamp and Im down 3 pounds!! love it! My boyfriend is down 12 ... grrr haha. Im so excited. Packed my lunch today and worked out this morning, I'm feeling a killer week this week :)
132.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.0 lb a week

That's so awesome! Im waiting for my book to come in the mail and i ordered the Eat right everytime guide as well so once i get it hopefully i'll loose a few lbs....It's such a struggle because i work 7 days a week and its hard to get in exercise...But i'll be able to do it!

im tellilng you work out in the morning! It makes a huge difference. It gets it out of the way :)
