So yesterday, I did some hard physical activity from 7AM until almost 8PM. Moving large bags of clothes and tools and loading up cars (including pushing two) with tow truck driver. Also crawling around in the dirt - FUN!

Then, install guys called and told me the side yard had to be cleaned up by 11AM this morning, so had to chop back brush, clean it up and sweep. Pulled another battery to boot although this was a normal size one - the one on Saturday weighed some 64 lbs according to the battery store guy.

Result, up a 1/2 lb this morning, which I'm not logging, but just an example of how crazy the body can be. I'm fine with it, just sharing with others.

FWIW, the goal in this overall effort is to get to a healthier weight and maintain my current muscle mass, which is good. Charts are generalized guidance, we're going for personal optimum.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
